Thanks for joining me!
Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter.
It has been a long journey in this organisation. Completed 7 years 7 months and 21 days today. It took me a long time to come out and write about the experiences I have been through so far.
I work at one of the most desirous jobs in my country at mid management level, where biasness in any form is not only a strong emotion rather its the norm, very live and made to believe culture of the place. “You are a girl, dont take promotions and look after your home!” “Oh you are unmarried, very ambitious to focus on your career and not marry. You must be in bad habits of drinking and smoking and partying.””Its very important for girls to look pretty all the time, why didnt you dress up properly today!””You belong to such and such place, you must be…””Your caste is very cruel, you people should not do jobs””Your father is rich, why work so hard and waste a Govt job””Leave! choose between your parents and the organisation?!” and so many others.. My point here is, judge, but on the basis of the work, comment but on the faults. Just dont destroys somebody confidence or mental peace and call it work pressure. This is not work pressure rather its destroying an individuals peace of mind and forcing them to make mistakes and then sitting up on them.
